Hotel Policy

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival (before 12h noon, one day prior to the day of arrival), no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged and the rest nights will be cancelled.
• All reservation more than one room, cancellation must be made 48 before the date of arrival for a completely free of charge.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

• All children are welcome.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge, above age up to 10 years will be charged 20.00€/night, when using existing bed of parents.
• Baby cot is not available.
• All older children above 2 years  or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and per person for extra bed.
• Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Extra bed is only available in Deluxe rooms.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

• VAT is included.
• Service charge is included.
• City/tourist tax is included.

Internet

• Internet via wifi is available and costs EUR 4.00 per hour.

Meal Plan

• Continental breakfast is included.

Parking

• No parking available in hotel building.
• You can park in the street.

Pets

• Pets not allowed.
